Christmas Club — How It Works

What is the Savings Club?
Pick what you want now, and we reserve it for you straight away — then pay it off at your own pace, bit by bit. When it's fully paid, collect it in the shop or have it delivered. Perfect for spreading the cost of Christmas.
How much do I need to start?
Just £20 down reserves your items. Pay more up front if you like — every payment goes toward your total. No fees, no interest, no catch.
How do I make payments?
Any time, any amount: pay by card right here in your account, or pop into the shop and pay cash or card at the till — just give your order number. Your balance updates instantly either way.
When can I collect my items?
As soon as you're 100% paid you can book a collection day right here, or request delivery — delivery is quoted per order and added to your total before dispatch. Bring photo ID for higher-value orders.
Can I change or add items?
Add products to your account any time from the Add products page. Want to swap or remove something? Ring the shop or call in — the money you've paid stays in your pot.
What if I miss my collection day?
No bother — we'll email you a link to pick a new day. Your items stay reserved for you.
What if I change my mind entirely?
Speak to us in the shop and we'll sort it out with you.
