Savings Club — Reservation Service Terms

1. What the Reservation Fee is for

The £20 Reservation Fee is a charge for our Product Reservation and Holding Service. This service includes: (a) reserving your selected product until 18 December 2026, (b) setting up and managing your payment plan, (c) sending you payment reminders, and (d) holding the product for you against other sales.

This fee is not a deposit towards the purchase price. The product purchase contract is only formed upon full payment of the balance.

2. Credited on full payment

Upon full payment of your balance, the £20 Reservation Fee will be credited towards your final purchase price as a goodwill gesture.

3. Paying it off

You pay the balance in instalments, at your own pace — online or in the shop — up to 18 December 2026. Your item(s) are held for you until then. Once your order is fully paid you can collect it, or arrange delivery (delivery costs extra).

4. If you cancel

If you cancel your reservation before full payment, the Reservation Fee is not refundable, as the reservation service has already been provided. Any instalments you have already paid towards the purchase price will be dealt with at our discretion — please talk to us and we'll do our best to help.

5. Collection

Items are released once fully paid. For orders of £100 or more we may ask for photo ID matching the name on the account.
